Great headphones with amazing customer service

Firstly these headphones sound amazing, with outstanding low bumps of bass to crisp high clashes of the high hats. Every sound coming out of these headphones sounds balanced but punchy. They have a unique look to them that made me purchase, and after a few days with them I love them. There are a few things that I think could be better. The headphones sit too far into the dock and are a little difficult to get out without the necklace attachment. The headphones also seem to fall out of my ears after awhile which makes the bass power decline quickly. I noticed putting the headphones in the dock without a battery connected to it does not turn the headphones off. I personally am not a fan of touch controls on headphones and think buttons are the way to go. I initially had issues with my order and the customer service team was more than understanding and exceeded my expectations. With all that said the positives out weight the negatives and can't wait to see what this company has in store for it. 4 stars for the headphones, but customer service goes a long way in my book and I'll give them the 5 stars they deserve for reaching out to me with any questions I might have had. Keep up the good work.

Awesome design

Not only is these ear buds unique they sound amazing as well. My favorite feature is the lace tie that you use to hook up and never worry about dropping or loosing. I definitely recommend

I got the kit 1.1 as a gift for my wife. She loves it! She was always running out of charge, she just brought it on a vacation she took it and raved about it. Super cool product, love the charging capabilities and style!

Amazing headphones

My son loves these headphones & wears them everywhere

They sound great, but look even better

I am a self-confessed headphones nerd, so I jumped on these even though they're new. Mainly because I love the style since the look is definitely a bit unique. I love to wear them around my neck; especially when running around the city or popping into a store. Honestly, it is so much better than having to fumble for a case when checking out. The audio quality is solid as well, and the extra battery is awesome for weekend trips. So, all in all, I am pleased. Hopefully they last, but I am guessing they will since the batteries are usually the first thing to fail and these are replaceable anyway...
