REVISED REVIEW:
The company reached out to me after my review and promptly sent me a replacement. They were very professional and cared deeply about getting this fixed. I received a replacement pair ASAP and have started using them. The sound is a lot better--I believe one of them was defective and was causing some issues, and the charging issue has also been resolved. I recommend these highly now!!

ORIGINAL REVIEW:
My #1 issue with these is that when I put them in their charging case, they do not actually charge sometimes. Every day when I finish streaming, I put them back in their charging case. Basically every other day, I will put them on in the morning to do something and one or both of them will not have charged. Every time I put them in the charging case, I make sure the light is on. It does not seem to make a difference.

My #2 issue is that when they're all the way in your ears, I can hear a distortion of the sound, like a doubling, especially prevalent in the right earbud. This is a huge bummer as these were gifted to me via throne by a very sweet person because I thought these would do away with the problems I was having (mostly with my earbuds dying during my 6 hour streams) and instead they have just caused more headaches.

The sound quality is OK, better than most, but nothing to write home about, and they're comfy for the most part. I really wish I had gone with a different pair and now I can't return them. I am quite embarrassed I chose a bad item and now regret it. Save yourself the money and go buy different earbuds!

Such a great and innovative product! Not only should we all support a company creating great and inventive new products but they did it so well that everyone will want them! Get the hoody kit for you and your friends and family. Everyone will be thrilled. No more lost earbuds! And super quick and easy access! Plus they sound amazing and have a ton of great features packed inside. I'm a sound guy by trade and love that I have these always rothe around my neck or on my hoody. Whether it's for listening to tunes. Podcasts or even a phone call or does it all with precision and class. Seriously. Just do it. You will be lead and write a great review as well! One more thing. I had an issue with a shipment (not the companies fault) and the customer service experience is by far one of the best I've ever dealt with. Above and beyond is what I was taught in business school is how you become a great company and Alt+Esc does exactly that.

Love the cord, reminds me of my old highschool days using an old corded headphones. I usually have one headphone in that I take in and out a lot so this is the perfect solution to have them dangle and not get lost or dirty from me placing them in random places.

There was an issue withe the right ear bud, where it would randomly stop working. I sent an email to the company about this and they promptly responded the next day with offering to send out a replacement with free rush shipping. The replacement ear buds work great! Excellent audio, and the main reason I got these was the cord you can attach them to and string them up to any hoodie! NO MORE LOST EARBUDS! Well worth the price!! Highly suggested!

The passive noise cancellation works well. I am glad there were 3 different cap sizes so it fit in my ears well. I love the design!

Decent bass and good highs. These earbuds have been my go to.

This kit was the greatest gift! I received right before a trip, and I won’t leave home without these again. I’m forever in search of my earpods and a plug to charge - no longer!! This is my go-to
gift this Xmas for family and friends.

Like that you can upgrade the battery life by adding anther battery pack instead of 24hrs you get 48hrs. If you think about it that’s like 2 weeks of use typically I listen to 2 hours of music in Daily life on earbuds so that’s long battery life. The only gripe I have is the touch sensor sometimes is not as responsive as I want it to be but it works. They’re loud and punchy you can feel the bass that’s good. Wish I would have gotten the hoodie looks awesome Christmas is around the corner so hopefully Santa thinks of me and hooks it up with 1! I recommend these earbuds 10/10 for design and being different.

I am the. worst. at remembering to charge my old earbud case. Knowing that I have extra battery packs ready to charge (without plugging into an outlet) is a huge plus for me. Sound quality is on point and I really appreciate the overall design of the case and components – super cool, a little Memphis but also modern.

Firstly these headphones sound amazing, with outstanding low bumps of bass to crisp high clashes of the high hats. Every sound coming out of these headphones sounds balanced but punchy. They have a unique look to them that made me purchase, and after a few days with them I love them. There are a few things that I think could be better. The headphones sit too far into the dock and are a little difficult to get out without the necklace attachment. The headphones also seem to fall out of my ears after awhile which makes the bass power decline quickly. I noticed putting the headphones in the dock without a battery connected to it does not turn the headphones off. I personally am not a fan of touch controls on headphones and think buttons are the way to go. I initially had issues with my order and the customer service team was more than understanding and exceeded my expectations. With all that said the positives out weight the negatives and can't wait to see what this company has in store for it. 4 stars for the headphones, but customer service goes a long way in my book and I'll give them the 5 stars they deserve for reaching out to me with any questions I might have had. Keep up the good work.

I ordered this because I use headphones 24/7 to cope with my anxiety, theas are amazing and im super excited to continue using them, I would definitely suggest theas as a buy. The hoodie is also really nice quality, its soft and on the thinner side

Not only is these ear buds unique they sound amazing as well. My favorite feature is the lace tie that you use to hook up and never worry about dropping or loosing. I definitely recommend

I got the kit 1.1 as a gift for my wife. She loves it! She was always running out of charge, she just brought it on a vacation she took it and raved about it. Super cool product, love the charging capabilities and style!
