A+E offers a 30-Day trial for all of its products. Take an opportunity to see how your new Alt + Esc products work, and if you are not completely satisfied, we will take it back or exchange it. The original shipping fees would not be refunded if you paid expedited shipping.

All Alt + Esc products are covered up to 1 year after the date of purchase. If a product is defective (not damaged due to everyday use), return it, and we’ll exchange it for a replacement.
